Who We Are
What began as a passion project for Ted Duboise has evolved into something a whole lot more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. I have been in the restaurant industry for 44 years and I am ServSafe Certified.
What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
It started in late 2025 as a way to create a hot sauce for one of my recipes. I decided to try to make the hot sauce instead of buying it. And when I started learning about peppers, what they are, the many kinds, and how to use them, I really became obsessed with “pepperology” and with making a lot of different pepper projects.
It evolved from there. I started making pepper hot sauces. Then pepper jellies and pepper salsas. Many of the items are here on this website but many more are coming.
We are located in Columbus, Ga and Phenix City, AL area. Currently, we are not shipping products. When an order is placed, we will meet you locally and deliver to you at an agreed upon place.
